This extensive project entailed the complete overhaul of a digital brand as part of a strategic initiative to improve the company’s method of communicating with its high-income young professional clients. This included creating personas for audience segments by buying characteristics, as well as varying demographics across the U.S. Markitects also developed unique home pages for each of the REIT’s over 60 physical communities, including updated photography and content. A custom mobile app was created for maintenance requests and lease renewals. Individual Facebook pages were created to unite residents and build community.
